Helping Hands Towards Home Ownership

Helping Hands Towards Homeownership" is a multi-component educational program designed for REALTORS® and workforce homebuyers. The program is administered through the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® Housing Opportunity Foundation, Inc. (NJARHOF). Offering housing resources and tools; it has educational opportunities year round. Some of the ongoing events are financial workshops, webinars and various REALTOR® classes, consisting of down payment assistance programs, resources available to employers and other affordable housing resources.

(NJARHOF), which is a 501 (c) (3) organization whose mission is to foster increasing opportunities in New Jersey for safe, affordable housing. Funds provided to the Foundation go towards other 501 (c) (3) organizations throughout the state that offer home buyer education, develop public awareness and create affordable homeownership options.
